Terms of Service

Verreful, a product of FD & BM Consulting LLC (“Verreful”, “we”, “us”), provides the Verreful app and website (the “Service”). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Questions: support@verreful.com.
Disclaimer of affiliation and ownership
Verreful is an independent inventory management tool developed solely for personal organization and tracking purposes. Verreful is entirely independent and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any wine cooler manufacturers, appliance brands, wine producers, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks appearing within the app are the property of their respective owners. Their use within this app is strictly for identification and informational purposes to allow user-driven tracking, and does not imply any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between Verreful and these third-party companies. Real wines, wineries, and cooler models shown in sample cellars, screenshots, or posts are illustrations chosen by the house — often simply its favorites — and imply no endorsement or arrangement.
1. Who may use Verreful
Verreful is only for people of legal drinking age where they live — 21+ in the United States, 18+ elsewhere (including Türkiye). You confirm your date of birth when you register and you promise it is truthful. We may suspend or close accounts created with false information.
2. What Verreful is — and is not
- Verreful is a personal wine companion: it helps you track the bottles you own, learn your taste, and judge how well a wine fits you.
- Verreful does not sell alcohol, does not process alcohol orders, and does not deliver alcohol. Nothing in the Service is an offer to sell alcohol.
- Match scores, verdicts, drink windows, and pairing ideas are estimates about taste, generated in part by automated (AI) systems. They are not professional, medical, or dietary advice, and they can be wrong. Please drink responsibly.
- Verreful is an independent personal wine collection app, not a cooler management app. It never connects to, reads, monitors, or controls any wine cooler or other appliance. The temperatures, zones, and shelf layouts you enter are your own notes about your equipment. For anything about a cooler itself, its manufacturer’s manual is the authority.
3. Your account
- Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us. Deleting the account deletes your collection, ratings, and taste profile.
4. Your content
Your tasting notes, ratings, photos, and collection data belong to you. You give us the limited license we need to operate the Service — to store your data, process the photos you scan (see the Privacy Policy for how), and show your content back to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with. Don’t upload content that is unlawful or that violates someone else’s rights.
5. Scans and AI accuracy
Label and menu scans are read by automated text-recognition and AI interpretation. They can misread vintages, prices, producers, or miss wines entirely. Always verify the label, the price, and the bottle in front of you before buying or ordering. We make no promise that any identification, score, or recommendation is accurate.
6. Fair use of the Service
Don’t abuse the Service: no scraping or bulk-extracting our catalog, no reverse engineering, no attempts to access other people’s data or our systems, no reselling the Service, and no automated traffic that degrades it for others. We may apply reasonable rate limits and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Our property
The app, the website, the wine catalog, the scoring engine, and all designs and branding are ours or our licensors’. We license the app to you for personal, non-commercial use; we don’t sell it to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Beta period and future paid features
Verreful is currently free while in beta. If we introduce paid features, they will be purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their billing terms, priced clearly before you buy. What you already own in your collection never gets held hostage — your own data stays yours.
9. App store terms
If you downloaded Verreful from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app download, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. The same applies to Google and Google Play’s terms for Android downloads. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and have no maintenance or support obligations for it.
10. No affiliation; trademarks
Verreful is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or under contract with any wine cooler brand, appliance manufacturer, winery, producer, distributor, or retailer. Brand, model, producer, and wine names appear in the Service only so that you can identify the equipment and bottles you own; that use is nominative and implies no relationship. The cabinets and bottles the Service draws are illustrations that resemble their subjects so a collection reads at a glance — they are not any manufacturer’s or producer’s packaging or artwork. All trademarks, trade names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
Demonstration content. Sample cellars, screenshots, videos, and social posts may show real wines, wineries, and cooler models, chosen by the house as illustrations of how the Service works — some are simply the founders’ own favorites. Their appearance means the house likes them, nothing more: it is not an endorsement of Verreful by those companies, nor a claim that they sponsor, reviewed, or approved the Service, and no payment or arrangement exists unless we say so expressly. The house may in future tell members about wines and equipment it likes, including from these makers; any such offer would carry its own terms and a clear disclosure of any arrangement.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
No warranty of accuracy. Wine information in the Service comes from your own entries, other members, public records, third-party sources, and automated systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any wine value, price, vintage note, tasting note, drinking window, serving-temperature guidance, storage suggestion, reminder, or alert. Decisions about buying, storing, opening, or serving wine are yours alone.
12. Limitation of liability
Your wine and your equipment are your responsibility. The Service does not monitor or control any appliance, and it may contain bugs, be unavailable, or fail to deliver a reminder or alert on time or at all. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any property damage, spoiled, ruined, lost, or devalued wine or other inventory, or any failure, malfunction, or mis-setting of a wine cooler or other equipment, whether or not it is connected in any way to a reminder, alert, temperature note, storage suggestion, drinking window, or other output of the Service, or to a bug, outage, or crash.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; consumers keep the rights their local law makes mandatory.
13. Ending or changing the Service
We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country (including Türkiye), you keep any protections that the mandatory law of your home country grants you.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will note it in the app and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Bağlantı ve mülkiyet beyanı
Verreful, yalnızca kişisel düzenleme ve takip amacıyla geliştirilmiş bağımsız bir envanter yönetim aracıdır. Verreful tamamen bağımsızdır; hiçbir şarap soğutucusu üreticisi, cihaz markası, şarap üreticisi ya da bunların bağlı kuruluşları veya iştirakleriyle bağlantılı, ilişkili, yetkilendirilmiş, onaylanmış veya resmî olarak herhangi bir şekilde ilişkili değildir.
Uygulamada görünen tüm ürün adları, logolar, markalar, ticari markalar ve tescilli ticari markalar ilgili sahiplerinin mülkiyetindedir. Bunların uygulama içindeki kullanımı, kullanıcı tarafından yürütülen takibe olanak tanımak üzere yalnızca tanımlama ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; Verreful ile bu üçüncü taraf şirketler arasında herhangi bir ilişki, sponsorluk veya onay ima etmez. Örnek koleksiyonlarda, ekran görüntülerinde veya paylaşımlarda görünen gerçek şaraplar, şaraphaneler ve soğutucu modelleri evin seçtiği — çoğu zaman yalnızca beğendiği — tasvirlerdir ve hiçbir onay veya anlaşma ima etmez.
1. Verreful’yı kimler kullanabilir
Verreful yalnızca yaşadığı yerde yasal içki içme yaşında olanlar içindir — ABD’de 21+, diğer ülkelerde (Türkiye dahil) 18+. Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihinizi onaylarsınız ve doğru olduğunu taahhüt edersiniz. Yanlış bilgiyle açılan hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
2. Verreful nedir — ve ne değildir
- Verreful kişisel bir şarap yol arkadaşıdır: sahip olduğunuz şişeleri takip etmenize, damak tadınızı öğrenmenize ve bir şarabın size ne kadar uyduğunu değerlendirmenize yardım eder.
- Verreful alkol satmaz, alkol siparişi işlemez ve alkol teslimatı yapmaz. Hizmetteki hiçbir şey alkol satışı teklifi değildir.
- Uyum puanları, değerlendirmeler, içme pencereleri ve eşleştirme önerileri kısmen otomatik (yapay zekâ) sistemlerce üretilen damak tadı tahminleridir. Profesyonel, tıbbi veya diyetetik tavsiye değildir ve hatalı olabilir. Lütfen alkolü sorumlu tüketin.
- Verreful bağımsız bir kişisel şarap koleksiyonu uygulamasıdır; bir soğutucu yönetim uygulaması değildir. Hiçbir şarap soğutucusuna veya başka bir cihaza bağlanmaz, onları okumaz, izlemez veya kontrol etmez. Girdiğiniz sıcaklıklar, bölgeler ve raf düzenleri kendi ekipmanınız hakkındaki kendi notlarınızdır. Soğutucunun kendisiyle ilgili her konuda üreticinin kılavuzu esastır.
3. Hesabınız
- Giriş bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmayın; hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz.
- Bize doğru bilgi verin ve güncel tutun.
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden (Profil → Hesabı sil) veya bize e-posta göndererek silebilirsiniz. Hesabın silinmesi koleksiyonunuzu, puanlarınızı ve damak tadı profilinizi siler.
4. İçerikleriniz
Tadım notlarınız, puanlarınız, fotoğraflarınız ve koleksiyon verileriniz size aittir. Bize yalnızca Hizmeti işletmek için gereken sınırlı lisansı verirsiniz — verinizi saklamak, taradığınız fotoğrafları işlemek (nasıl işlendiği için Gizlilik Politikası’na bakın) ve içeriğinizi size ve açıkça paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz kişilere göstermek. Hukuka aykırı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemeyin.
5. Taramalar ve yapay zekâ doğruluğu
Etiket ve menü taramaları otomatik metin tanıma ve yapay zekâ yorumlamasıyla okunur. Rekolteyi, fiyatı, üreticiyi yanlış okuyabilir veya şarapları tamamen atlayabilir. Satın almadan ya da sipariş vermeden önce etiketi, fiyatı ve önünüzdeki şişeyi mutlaka doğrulayın. Hiçbir tanımlamanın, puanın veya önerinin doğruluğunu garanti etmiyoruz.
6. Hizmetin adil kullanımı
Hizmeti kötüye kullanmayın: kataloğumuzu kazımak veya toplu çıkarmak, tersine mühendislik, başkalarının verilerine ya da sistemlerimize erişim girişimi, Hizmeti yeniden satmak ve Hizmeti başkaları için yavaşlatan otomatik trafik yasaktır. Makul hız sınırları uygulayabilir ve bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
7. Bizim mülkiyetimiz
Uygulama, web sitesi, şarap kataloğu, puanlama motoru ile tüm tasarım ve marka öğeleri bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Uygulamayı size kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için lisanslıyoruz; satmıyoruz. Bize geri bildirim veya fikir gönderirseniz, bunları size karşı bir yükümlülük doğmaksızın kullanabiliriz.
8. Beta dönemi ve gelecekteki ücretli özellikler
Verreful şu anda beta süresince ücretsizdir. Ücretli özellikler gelirse, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden onların ödeme koşullarıyla ve satın almadan önce fiyatı açıkça gösterilerek sunulur. Koleksiyonunuzdaki veriler asla rehin tutulmaz — kendi veriniz sizindir.
9. Uygulama mağazası koşulları
Verreful’yı Apple App Store’dan indirdiyseniz, uygulama indirmesi için Apple’ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir ve Apple bu koşulların uygulanmasını isteme hakkına sahip üçüncü taraf lehtardır. Android indirmeleri için aynı durum Google ve Google Play koşulları için geçerlidir. Apple ve Google, Hizmetten sorumlu değildir ve Hizmet için bakım veya destek yükümlülükleri yoktur.
10. Bağlantı yoktur; ticari markalar
Verreful hiçbir şarap soğutucusu markası, cihaz üreticisi, şaraphane, üretici, dağıtımcı veya perakendeci tarafından desteklenmez, onaylanmaz, hiçbiriyle bağlantılı veya sözleşmeli değildir. Marka, model, üretici ve şarap adları Hizmette yalnızca sizin sahip olduğunuz ekipmanı ve şişeleri tanıyabilmeniz için yer alır; bu kullanım tanımlayıcıdır ve hiçbir ilişki ima etmez. Hizmetin çizdiği soğutucular ve şişeler, bir koleksiyonun bir bakışta okunabilmesi için konularına benzeyen tasvirlerdir; hiçbir üreticinin ambalajı veya görseli değildir. Tüm ticari markalar, ticari adlar ve logolar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
Tanıtım içeriği. Örnek koleksiyonlar, ekran görüntüleri, videolar ve sosyal medya paylaşımları, Hizmetin nasıl çalıştığını göstermek için evin seçtiği gerçek şarapları, şaraphaneleri ve soğutucu modellerini içerebilir — bazıları yalnızca kurucuların kendi favorileridir. Bunların görünmesi evin onları beğendiği anlamına gelir, daha fazlası değil: bu şirketlerin Verreful’u onayladığı ya da Hizmeti desteklediği, incelediği veya uygun bulduğu anlamına gelmez; açıkça belirtmedikçe herhangi bir ödeme veya anlaşma yoktur. Ev ileride üyelere beğendiği şaraplardan ve ekipmanlardan — bu üreticilerinkiler dahil — söz edebilir; böyle bir teklif kendi koşullarını ve varsa anlaşmanın açık bir beyanını taşır.
11. Sorumluluk reddi
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dahil açık veya zımni tüm garantileri reddederiz. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
Doğruluk garantisi yoktur. Hizmetteki şarap bilgileri kendi girdilerinizden, diğer üyelerden, kamuya açık kayıtlardan, üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan ve otomatik sistemlerden gelir. Hiçbir şarap değerinin, fiyatın, rekolte notunun, tadım notunun, içme penceresinin, servis sıcaklığı önerisinin, saklama önerisinin, hatırlatmanın veya uyarının doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya güncelliğini garanti etmiyoruz. Şarap satın alma, saklama, açma veya servis etme kararları yalnızca size aittir.
12. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Şarabınız ve ekipmanınız sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet hiçbir cihazı izlemez veya kontrol etmez; hata içerebilir, kullanılamaz olabilir ya da bir hatırlatmayı veya uyarıyı zamanında iletemeyebilir veya hiç iletemeyebilir. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; bir hatırlatma, uyarı, sıcaklık notu, saklama önerisi, içme penceresi veya Hizmetin başka bir çıktısıyla ya da bir hata, kesinti ya da yanıt vermemeyle bağlantılı olsun veya olmasın, hiçbir mal hasarından; bozulan, zarar gören, kaybolan veya değer kaybeden şarap veya diğer envanterden; bir şarap soğutucusunun veya başka bir ekipmanın arızasından, bozulmasından veya yanlış ayarlanmasından sorumlu değiliz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da kâr veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Hizmete ilişkin herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, 50 ABD doları ile talepten önceki on iki ayda bize ödediğiniz tutardan büyük olanıyla sınırlıdır. Bazı hukuk düzenleri belirli sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu bölümün bazı kısımları size uygulanmayabilir ve tüketiciler, yerel hukuklarının emredici haklarını korur.
13. Hizmetin sona ermesi veya değişmesi
Özellikleri değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz; bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. 4, 7, 10, 11 ve 13. bölümler sona ermeden sonra da geçerli kalır.
14. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç olmak üzere ABD Kaliforniya eyaleti hukukuna tabidir. Başka bir ülkede (Türkiye dahil) tüketiciyseniz, kendi ülkenizin emredici hukukunun size tanıdığı korumaları saklı tutarsınız.
15. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları önemli ölçüde değiştirirsek, bunu uygulamada belirtir ve bu sayfanın başındaki tarihi güncelleriz. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
